Spring Medical Clinic

Spring Medical Clinic is OPEN 6 DAYS A WEEK with NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED FOR SHOTS.
We give all our available vaccines on a "first come first served" basis (call first for availability but MOST of our shots listed are available all 6 days we are open).

*Most shots are for children age 11 and up (except where noted below) and for all adults. 
*We do NOT do offer all "well baby" or "pre-kindergarten" shots (we have some, NOT all of them).
*We do NOT bill insurance, nor MediCAL or Medicare.  (Cash, ATM, Credit Cards ONLY)
*We do have many immigration shots but we do NOT perform immigration physicals.

Vaccine PRICES are PER SHOT AS LISTED - NO EXTRA ADMIN or APPLICATION FEES
Cash, Credit Cards, ATM only - sorry, NO checks and NO insurance billing.
Most vaccinations are available for kids aged 11 years old and up except where noted.

• Chicken Pox (Varicella) shot (4 years old and up): $130 
• Gardasil (HPV) shot (9 yrs old and up): $165  (PER SHOT in 3 shot series)
• Flu shot (4 yrs old and up):  ONLY $15 each  (Flu shot is now Seasonal Flu shot & H1N1 shot combined).
  
• Hepatitis A (Hep A): $80 (PER SHOT in 2 shot series)
  
• Hepatitis B (Hep B): $80 (PER SHOT in 3 shot series; 2nd shot:1 mo later, 3rd shot: 6 mo's after 1st.)  
  
• HPV (Gardasil - 9 yrs old and up): $165 (PER shot in 3 shot series)
• Malaria evaluation: $35  (Meet with our provider to discuss and get written prescription for malaria pills).
• Meningitis (Menactra): $130  (ACIP now recommends for all kids 16 years old and up)
• MMR (4 yrs old and up): $80   
  
• Pneumonia (Pneumovax- adults only version): $65
  
• Polio (IPV): $60
• Tetanus (Tdap - Adacel) shot: $60  (This shot INCLUDES "whooping cough" booster)
• Typhoid Fever (Typhim Vi) shot: $75
• Varicella (Varivax- Chicken Pox) shot: $115  
  
• Whooping Cough (Tdap- Adacel) shot: $60 (Starting 2012 required for all kids entering 7th grade).
• Yellow Fever (FY-Vax): $125  (This charge only - NO extra fees)

• Vitamin B12 shot: $30 for initial office visit & includes the shot (then $10 each B12 shot after that.)
• Malaria evaluation: $35  (See our health care provider to discuss and get written rx for malaria pills.)
• Medical Screening Exam: $40 - for students attending medical assistant or dental assistant training classes as well as some state workers, call us for details. (NO DMV exams, NO Immigration physicals and NO nursing home/Medicare exams).
• TB Skin Test: $30  (Skin test only - NO chest x-ray services.)
• Travel shot evaluation: $35 (Meet with our provider to discuss your travel countries for them to help you understand what shots you may need before travel out of US - does NOT include Malaria evaluation).
• Travel Shot & Malaria combined evaluation: $60 (Meet with our provider for both services and save $10).
